I have purchased c7 call recorder and i have entered the code given but not able to register so please help me

Please confirm:

(1) The IMEI of the phone with Boldbeast Recorder installed is exactly what you provided to us in the purchase order.
(2) You have input the register code exactly as what we sent to you, it is 35 chars long.

If both (1) and (2) are right, it should work. Press About menu item in Boldbeast Recorder  it will display "Your phone has successfully been registered."
