Hi,

I've googled pretty extensively with no avail, most results seem to be from years ago. I have a series of recorded calls I need to get from my phone to a computer so I can listen, transcribe, and share them. When I go through the file explorer system I'm able to see the recordings but when I copy these off the phone and onto the computer the files are all corrupted. I can open them with VLC and they play but without any timestamping or ability to pause or move through the recording.

I've attempted to move the files but while I can edit the "from this folder" option, the "to this folder" option is grayed out. Have also tried toggling file protection on and off but when copied to the computer the same problems still arise. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

=> Boldbeast Recorder saves recordings in wav, 3gp, mp3, mp4, amr, aac formats - all of them are standard formats that can be played back by any audio player, no matter in the phone or in the computer. If needed please try to use a different player to test again.

=> Please change the "App Settings - Clip Saving Folder" option in the app.
