I have tried everything to transfer boldbeast to my new Samsung Galaxy s9 from my s7 but to no avail. I keep getting; Error [30] NO ORDER FOUND or; Error while retrieving information from server [DF-DFFRH-01] I don't seem to be getting anywhere apart from going round in circles. Other than getting a refund are there any solutions? When this app is working it is flawless so I thought I would have a try on here. Many thanks

That is because you input a wrong google play order number, please check it.

For example:
GPA.1234-5678-9012-3456 ---> right
GPA 1234-5678-9012-3456 ---> wrong
GPA.1234 5678 9012 3456 ---> wrong
1234-5678-9012-3456 ----------> wrong
