Hi

I have a Moto x4 and Boldbeast Pro. Call Record works without Bluetooth headset, but with Bluetooth headset, I only can hear myself. Can I solve the problem, without root the phone?

Android version: 8.0

Bold Beast:
- Tune Audio Effect = No
- Tune Audio Route = Group 2
- record format = MP3

Please change Tune Audio Route = Group 1 and test again.
If the problem is still there you should root the phone, then Boldbeast can fix the bluetooth problem perfectly. In this case without root there is no solution in the world.

The setup adjustments did not help with the bluetooth issue, but rooting solved the problem the right away.
