I have the Pro version 10.5 GP.  If I am at a meeting and want to record the minutes, can I use Boldbeast recorder Pro?  How do I do it if yes.

Yes, you can.
Just open Boldbeast Recorder, click the record button to start recording, click it again to stop recording.
