As per instruction done all setting still call recording not proper. After start noise disappear

Sir, I have MotG5S plus Mobile. So that I would like to request you to that I have phase a lot of problem in recording calls in this app could you suggest me how can resolve this asap.
Reasons: when I have download this app start for recording so not record calls on both sides.

Moto G5S / Moto G5S Plus works great in some countries, unfortunately in some countries it doesn't work well, so far there is no good solution in the whole market. Please read the link above to know detailed information.
