I cannot force to work the bolbeast sw pro. It doesn't record at all saying that another recorder maybe working. I checked everything possible but useless. I also drop the installation and restore but with no success!!! I used to work with P8 without any problems. What I can see is that on the google search there is "say ok to google" and the microphone but not able to remove it.
Please:
- Remove all other recorders.
- Disable "OK Google".
- Disable "Huawei Voice Assistant".

I have removed alll other records. Huawei Voice Assinat is also disabled. Disabe "ok google"? How?

That's because you have not disabled Huawei Voice Assistant in your phone.
Please open the "Settings > Apps > HiVoice" screen, confirm the package name is "com.huawei.vassistant", click "Force Stop", then it works at once.

its impossible to deactivate HiVoice permanently. Only temporary stopp is possible. Does anyone got Boldbeast working at the P10 or Mate 10 Pro?
