How can we add a new backup destination, or, can the developer do this or create space for additional storage spaces
At this moment Boldbeast Recorder supports two cloud drives: Google Drive and Dropbox. You can set the app automatically backup recorded files to any one of them.
Google Drive / Dropbox decides how many space you can use for free, and how to increase your space.

Tried, google drive does not support this type of file??? Continuing to backup to Verizon cloud because I have to factory reset, and or get new phone. Not a boldbeast problem.
Please update Boldbeast Recorder in your phone to the latest version (currently V9.8).
In V9.8 the app uploads a file to Google Drive as a "audio file", in Google Drive when you click a file,
- you can download it.
- you can let Google Drive open it and send audio stream to you, so you "click and listen" without download it.
In old versions the app uploads a file to Google Drive as a "general file", in Google Drive when you click a file you can only download it, can't "click and listen".
