Hello,

I have the paid version of boldbeast for my Nexus 6p. I am not seeing anywhere where I can record in anything other than wav format. I am rooted and using the alsa device.

Where can I change the recording format? Wav takes up way too much space.

In your Nexus 6P,
- using the ALSA record mode, if you are running Android 6.0 you can choose WAV, 3GP, MP4, AMR, AAC formats to record calls, if you are running Android 7.0 and newer versions only WAV format available because of a limit in Android.
- using other record modes, all WAV, 3GP, MP4, AMR, AAC formats can be chosen, no matter what Android version.

We are developing the next version of Boldbeast Recorder V9.4.
In V9.4 you'll be able to use the new MP3 format to record calls, no matter what record mode you use, no matter what Android version you are running.

Yes I am running 7.0.

Is there a beta version of 9.4 available yet that I can test out?

The beta version is not ready, sorry.
I hope we can release V9.4 within 20 days.
