Does anyone know the best settings for this Note 4 version?

I am experiencing that my voice is somewhat blurry/muffled, both on recordings and in the ear of the people I'm talking with. Not sure if it is a microphone problem (dust) or something else, but I at least want to rule out the app being the problem by securing the optimal settings for my phone. I'd guess that they are well established by now.

Thanks!!! Great service, as always.Some initial testings suggest mode 1 works better than mode 5, with my woce being as clear as the voice of the personvI'm talking to.
But I can't find any settings menu with tune audio effect, tune audio route and tune samsung 1, 2, 3. Where do I find these settings?

Please open the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues" screen in the app, you'll see them.
