Hi, I setup the Auto Record Calls option to Exclude List and added numbers from my contact list that I didn't want to have the calls recorded.

I tested by calling one of the excluded number, but the app still recorded the call.

Is there an additional option that needs to be set to prevent these calls from being recorded?

For example, you want to exclude the telephone number 111222333, please add it into the Exclude List directly.
111222333 ---> OK.
+1 111222333 ---> Don't input it this way.
(+1)111222333 ---> Don't input it this way.

I did what you suggested and entered the number in the exclude list directly without any spaces, parenthesis, or hyphens but it still automatically records the call.

Please email to me service@boldbeast.com, tell me the number you input into the Exclude List, and the number displayed in the Call List screen, let me see what's the difference.
