I have tried all methods to transfer my license from my S7 edge to my S8+ ..I have all registration numbers ans order numbers .
None will work ...On checking when I moved from my s6 to the s7e , I had the same problem and ended re buying the program .
I get error code 30 , no order found .

For example your order number is GPA.1111-2222-3333,
If you input gpa.1111-2222-3333 ---> it's wrong, you should input "GPA" instead of "gpa".
If you input GPA1111-2222-3333 ---> it's wrong, you should not omit the "." in it.
If you input GPA. 1111-2222-3333 ---> it's wrong, you should not add a " " in it.
It's simple - you just need to input it EXACTLY as GPA.1111-2222-3333, don't change anything in it.
