Can someone tell me exactly how to get Boldbeast to record calls on my Moto g4 Android 7 please as I don't understand exactly how to do it.

You need to root your Moto G4 at first.

I am in the UK, does that make any difference to what I have to do?

How do I root the phone?

Also, where do I find the following things on the app?

Change Audio Controls.
Change Audio Driver.
Start Input Stream: test Yes and No.

Yes, it has differences. If you don't root your Moto G4 there is no solution in the market, if you root the phone Boldbeast Recorder is the solution.
Options like "Change Audio Controls" etc are visible only after you root the phone.
