Hello,

Just upgraded my Galaxy Note5 to Samsung's official Android Nougat v7.0 update:
Baseband:
N920CXXU3CQBB

Build:
NRD90M.N920CXXU3CQC7

Memos:
1. Are not being saved.
2. No error is being displayed.

Calls:
1. Are not being saved.
2. The red 'Record' button gets unpressed after a few seconds after it's pressed.
3. No error is being displayed.

I've Emailed my 'hardware_logs.zip' file to service@boldbeast.com.

I checked your log files, all your logs are related to Android 6.0, no logs related to Android 7.0 inside.

Please:
- under Android 7.0, make several calls to let Boldbeast generating new logs.
- click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast to send new log files to me, let us have a look at them and see what happened.

Hello and thank you for the reply.

I've now tried to:
1. Uninstall BBR.
2. Reinstall BBR.
3. Re-set BBR's audio settings to the ones described here:

4. Placed several outgoing calls and tried to record them.
5. Received several incoming calls and tried to record them.

Same as before:
1. BBR's red 'Record' button gets unpressed after a few seconds after it's pressed.
2. No audio recording files are being saved.
3. No error is being displayed.

I've now replied to my original Email and attached to it 'hardware_logs_2.zip'.

Boldbeast Recorder didn't run in your phone.

Please:
- open Boldbeast Recorder.
- click the red button to start memo recording.
- wait a while.
- click the red button to stop memo recording.

Now please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send new hardware log files to me.

Galaxy Note5 Android 7.0 works great, recorded calls are crystal clear in two sides. No root needed, just install Boldbeast Recorder and go.

Please power off the phone and power on it.
If the problem is still there, please uninstall the app and reinstall it, then it works at once.

1: I did power off and on the phone.
The problem is still here.
