The 30 second sample (did it twice before buying) worked OK so bought the program & paid thru paypal. Set for auto record (just like it was in the sample) & then got a message (upon 1st call received after buying) that program not able to record. Suggested resetting options. Did that. Still not recording. So why did sample work & once I paid for the progra, it no longer works? Of course it will work if I set "turn on speaker phone" option but I wasn't forced to use speaker phone option on sample & don't want to use that option in order to get this to work again, Please help me troubleshoot issue or I will have to ask for a refund from Paypal since sample worked (I still have those calls) and now program not working. Thanks! :)
The paid version only removes the 30 seconds limit, nothing else will be changed.
What you said is impossible, please check again.
I did get the error message & recorder wasn't recording so not impossible. It might have been because I had another (free) call recorder installed previously & there was a conflict.(read that in your forum) I just removed that other one and while your recorder is now working, the quality is horrible. Very distorted and lots of 'crackly' background noise (like an old timey radio). What can be done to clear that up. It's so bad you can hardly hear the caller. Thanks.
Using suggested settings in this topic HTC Desire 626 Call Recorder, recorded calls are crystal clear in two sides.
Other HTC Desire 626 users don't have the problem you said. Please test again.
