Can you provide the appropriate settings and how to record for this device.
The settings were made as advised
Record Mode 1 (5 also worked)
Tune Audio Effect is not checked
Tune Audio Group = Group1
The call is recorded however, I cannot hear the call unless I put a headset in the phone. Is that to be expected?
When I record a call is the recommendation to put the phone on speakerphone? It doesn't seem to record if a headset is plugged in.
PS - Thank you for developing this program. I was able to record a voicemail from my work phone of my son from 10 YEARS AGO!! The phone system is being removed and that is something I wanted to preserve.
