I have tried to search and there are several items on this topic but they are imbedded in posts and don't seem to be for my Galaxy S5.

I have a Galaxy S5 SM-G900A running Android 6.0.1.

The unit records great when I'm on the hand set but when I have the Bluetooth head set on, it does not record either my voice or the person that I'm calling or calling me.  I need this option for my business use.

The unit is not rooted and I'm not 100% sure how to do it or what will help.  I have followed the posts and have the settings per what I have read on the boards for S5 running Android 6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without bluetooth it works great, with bluetooth it doesn't work well - this indicates there is a bug in the ROM of your phone related to bluetooth recording, no matter what recorder in the market you are using the problem is always there.

Boldbeast Recorder can fix the problem. Please root your phone, enable the "Change Audio Control" option in the app, then you'll record calls perfectly in two directions via bluetooth. The option is visible only after you root the phone.

Thank you for your fast reply.  I have searched online.  Everything I have seen so far shows that I cannot root my version of S5.  I had read your reply to me about rooting the phone.  OneClickRoot tells me there is no root for my phone and it is not available.

I guess that means I can't use your product (or any product for that matter.)
