Samsung Galaxy A3. Boldbeast in mode 1
Calls made with the phone in 'normal' mode work fine but if I use phone hands free on loudspeaker though a file is written no sound is recorded from either party.
Is there a fix for this?
There is a bug in your ROM that made this problem, no matter what recorder in the market you are using the problem is always there.
Boldbeast Recorder can fix the problem. Please root your phone, enable the "Change Audio Control" option in the app, then you'll record calls perfectly in two directions via hands free on loudspeaker. The option is visible only after you root the phone.
