I have recorded calls on my moto g4 plus(unrooted) I have 5 recordings visible in the app & playing properly. But I cant see them when I open the folder in my desktop(win10). I can see 2 recordings only out of which one clip is not playable and not listed in my app.
To clarify I had installed bold beast found it unsatisfactory so uninstalled it later I realised that my phone hardware lacks the recording feature so installed it once again. Interestingly the recorded clips are visible with the file manager which comes built in app with android.
1. You can play back recorded files in Boldbeast Recorder, this indicates the files are OK.
2. You can see recorded files in the file manager inside your phone, this indicates the files are OK again.
3. When you connect the phone with your computer via a USB cable making the phone as a disk, you can not see recorded files (or can see only part of the files) in the file manager inside your computer, this indicates the USB driver in the ROM of your phone may have problems. Some phones have an option named USB mode (or something similar), you may need to change the option. Read the user manual of your phone is needed.
