Buongiorno, vorrei sapere se è possibile spostare l'icona di registrazione chiamata in un altra parte del monitor e se si, come si fa ??

If you mean the in-call button (the red button), yes you can move it to any position on the screen with your finger.
If you mean the recording indicator that is on the status bar, no we can't change the position, it is managed by the Android Notification Manager itself.
