I bought the pro version on September 9th Google Play, went to use it today, and it's still only recording 30 seconds like the free version. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7. The app even says it's the pro version. I want to save the 30 second recordings I've already made, so am hesitant to uninstall them reinstall. Any suggestions? I need this sooner rather than later. Thanks!

EDIT - i tried to see if doing a transfer would work. I have the order number and the email receipt from Google Play - yet Boldbeast gives me an error with no record of order number found!

1. Please:
- Open the "About" screen in Boldbeast Recorder.
- Click the Restore button to get the register code, the app will become the PRO version at once, it will no longer have any limits.


2. Please
- open the page http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_r … trans.html
- input your Google Play order number
- input the IMEI of your new phone (in the new phone you can open the "About" screen of Boldbeast Recorder to see the IMEI)
- click the Transfer button
Now open the "About" screen in Boldbeast Recorder, click the Restore button, the app becomes the PRO version at once.
