Hi please I have huawei p9 plus vie-L29 dual Sim.... I'm trying mode 1 and group 3 but not working also I'm trying all other mode but also not working....


- Record Mode: 1
- Tune Audio Effect: No
- Tune Audio Route: Group3
Not working too



Any help will be appreciated.... Rgrds

You said "not working", I guess you mean "no calls recorded".
The only reason is, there is another recorder working in your phone. Please uninstall all other recorders then test again.
