Hi I'm using Boldbeast, with version 8.5 GP
when I call I recorded conversations, but if they call me not recorded
my phone is xiaomi redmi note 3 Pro.
how can I solve this problem?

When I call my friend the app can record the conversation automatically, but if my friend calls me the app can not record the conversation.

=> Possible reason 1: Maybe there is a built-in setting that controls the behavior, just like Huawei phones Incoming calls sometimes can't be recorded, please find the similar setting in your Xiaomi phone and change it.

=> Possible reason 2: If you installed apps like "Power Saving Expert", "App Manager", "Task Manager", "Privacy Guard", "Anti-Virus" etc, please check them and don't let them block Boldbeast Recorder working.
