Hello, I'm using an HTC My touch with Android 2.3.4  and installed Boldbeast Call Recorder recently.   It is not allowing me to record calls.   I received a message telling me to change the recording mode in settings, and that I needed to uninstall all other recorders at first.   I have tested all available modes with no success.   The only other recorder app installed is a voice recorder that came installed and cannot be uninstalled.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me? let me check them. Thanks.

I checked your files.
At first, please uninstall all other recorders if any.
Then use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: test 4, 1 and 5
- Record Format: test WAV and AMR
- Tune Audio Effect: test Yes and No
- Tune Audio Route: No

Does it work?
