I just installed the boldbeast recording app on my HTC M8. I can see the call in the log but when I play it there's no sound. I see that it's playing though. Volume otherwise works fine. A little help?

Where do I find those settings to change? I did not root my phone. The app works only with incoming calls. Please advise. Thanks

- Tune Audio Route: Group3
- Tune HTC Parameters: test Group1 and Group2
No root needed, HTC One M8 records calls perfectly in two directions.
I meant are those app settings or phone settings? I can't find where to change the record mode, tune audio route or HTC parameters. Please advise. Thanks.

Please open the app, click the Menu key to open the Settings screen, you'll find them.
Ok found those settings, thanks. So it was already on record mode 4, tune audio group 3 and HTC parameter group 1. When I changed to record mode 1 and then 5 and HTC parameter group 2, I could hear the other person on the line when I made outgoing phone calls but couldnt hear myself. Incoming calls are perfect but still something is amiss. Any ideas? Thanks, Patrick
Please set "Tune HTC Parameters" to Group1, does it work well?
