SM-G900H is different from other Galaxy S5 variants. SM-G900H uses the Samsung Exynos5 CPU, others use the Qualcomm MSM8974 CPU.
No root needed, just install Boldbeast Recorder and go, your SM-G900H records calls perfectly in two sides.

There is a bug inside the ROM. When you connect a bluetooth headset or a bluetooth carkit to your SM-G900H and record calls, you'll find you can only record noise.

Boldbeast Recorder can fix the problem. You should root your phone, then use these settings to record calls:

- Record Mode: 4
- Suppress Bluetooth Noise: Yes
- Tune Audio Effect: No
- Tune Audio Route: No
- Tune Samsung1: No
- Tune Samsung2: No
- Tune Samsung3: No
- Change Audio Controls: Yes
- Change Audio Driver: No

Now you can record calls via all of earpiece, speaker, wired headset and bluetooth, recorded sound are crystal clear in two directions.
