Can you please suggest how to record the call in Moto X Play mobile? Is this boldbeast call recorder supports moto x play? If not then please advise a work around(without rooting the device).
Moto X Play XT1562, XT1563, please use these settings to record calls:
- Record Mode: 1, 2 or 5
- Tune Audio Route: Group1
No root needed, it works well.
Android 5.1 and Android 6.0 all work well, no root needed.

Moto X play set to Record Format MP4 with Audio encoder set to Encoder2 give a better result for listening compatibility and is clearer.
Encoder1 = AMR narrow band (samr) mono 8khz bits per sample 32
Encoder2 = MP4 stereo 16khz

Can anyone please tell me where I have to change the setting in Moto x play I didn't find any option in settings menu.
Please open Boldbeast Recorder, open the Settings screen inside the app, you'll see those options.
