Hello,

Outgoing calls made by tapping HTC Dot View cover (from last 3 calls log - without unlocking phone) are registered as 0000000 / UNKNOWN in Boldbeast calls history, any chance to investigate/fix this issue?

Incoming calls answered by tapping cover on locked phone are registered correctly.

My phone is HTC M8 Dual Sim - Android 5.

In following cases the telephone number / contact will be saved as 00000000 / Unknown:

1) the call is a private call.
2) the call has a hidden telephone number.
3) there is a bug in the ROM - sometimes the ROM doesn't notify the telephone number to the recorder.

I guess your phone is the case of 3) above, no matter what recorder you are using the result is the same. There is no solution from third-party apps, it needs HTC to fix the bug in future ROMs.
