Hi,

I have two issues on my device:

1. When I'm using headset, recordings from my side is overlapped (echo), because app is using mic from device and from headset in the same time. How to disable mic from device when I'm using headset?

2. Almost all recordings starts too late - applications start at the beginning of the call but first 5-10 seconds from recorded mp4 is missing.

My device is rooted and yesterday I've bought PRO version.
All records starts automatically.

Please help! :-)

According to your description, we made a new version that will change an audio control to fix the headset problem. I have sent the new version to you by email, please test it and give us a feedback. Thanks.

You said "first 5-10 seconds from recorded mp4 is missing", please change following settings in the app and test again:
Call Settings - Incoming Calls - Auto Detect Answered State: Yes
Call Settings - Incoming Calls - Auto Detect Max Time (Seconds): 55
Call Settings - Outgoing Calls - Auto Detect Answered State: Yes
Call Settings - Outgoing Calls - Auto Detect Max Time (Seconds): 55

Call Settings - Outgoing Calls - Auto Detect Answered State: Yes
Call Settings - Outgoing Calls - Auto Detect Max Time (Seconds): 55

I'll test all recordings again and let you know how goes.
For now delay occurs with these settings, but I will check it again and let You know.

Glad to know the new version fixed the "my voice is overlapped (echo) when a wired headset is connected" problem. Thanks for your feedback, we'll add this new recording parameter into the Fixing Database in the coming new version V7.5.

About the "first 5-10 seconds was not recorded" problem, I checked your log files. In your log files I saw

- 2015-03-06 14:28:58 you made a call
- 2015-03-06 14:28:59 recording began

- 2015-03-06 14:29:54 you made a call
- 2015-03-06 14:29:54 recording began

So the app started recording within 1 second upon you made a call.

I think the problem is related to the built-in audio encoder, so please:
- use WAV to record, or
- use AMR to record, or
- use MP4/3GP to record, but choose another Audio Encoder in the app
