Hello Boldbeast Forum. Can anybody help me. I've just bought the super nice Raven Desktop Smartphone which is a like a tablet with gsm and a phone handset. But when I install Bodbeat the phone app stops working. I've tried all the different record mode without any luck. I'd really like it to work. Please help.

Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to us? let us have a look at them and see what happened. Thanks.

From your log files, it seems the built-in AMR encoder has some problems.
Please use the WAV format to test again. Does it work?
