i've tried your software some time ago on N97, then i removed it because it wasn't working properly and i used another phone for a while.
Today i needed to use that N97 and i noticed one strange thing, everytime i make a call, a can clearly hear the beep before hearing the ringing.... i thought about an incomplete uninstall for some reason, and i performed a hard reset on it (pressing the 3 buttons while powering it).... but the beep is still there... any clue??

Yes, Boldbeast doesn't work well on several devices like N97 / N97 mini / C6-00 etc, please see the supported phone list on http://www.nokia-call-recorder.com.
If you uninstall Boldbeast all of its files will be removed completely by the Symbian Installer. If you have hard reset your phone, it beeps before ringing, this is not related to recorder softwares, I suggest you contact Nokia for help.
