Hello,

I tried installing Boldbeast Call Recorder on my Android device but there is no sound coming through the headset/speaker while the app is installed/running. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 GT-S7582L. Can you please tell me the correct settings/configuration for this model?

Edit: My phone is not rooted, and is running Android version 4.2.2

We have no feedback from users about GT-S7582L. Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to me? let us have a look at them. Thanks.
