Hello,

I have recently installed and registered Boldbeast on my Nokia C6-01. It operates quite well (records in good quality, no beep) but a couple of days ago I had an issue. I had both dialed and received calls from a certain number but Boldbeast did not record both conversations, but it recorded every call from other numbers. So I wonder:
1. In which cases phone calls may not be recorded?
2. And could it be because of the phone of the opponent or it was just a coincidence?

Maybe you have set Boldbeast Recorder to "record calls only when the telephone number is not in the Exclude List", and you put that specific number in the Exclude List. As a result all other calls were recorded, only that number was not recorded.
