   i had used bold beast on my nokia N8 and was very much satisfied but now i have changed my cell and bought Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ is it compatible i tried the trial version but getting error message about recording mode i tried all modes but still no RECORDINGS pls help

Can you please click the "Call Settings - Fix Recording Issues - Ask New Parameters" item in Boldbeast Recorder to send hardware log files to us? let us have a look at them and see what happened. Thanks.

Please install Boldbeast Recorder V7.2 or newer versions, it works well.
