I am facing this strange issue where I can't buy BB!

I am using same username and yet Nokia gives this error! I know that this might be an issue from their side but wanted to ask you if you can help me here. Did a format as well but no go.

Also would like to tell you that I even tried changing the username hoping it perhaps would help but that failed too. Also the apps which were bought using same username without IAP seem to have no issues.

I have no idea what's causing this error!

Any suggestion will help!

If Nokia Ovi doesn't work, please
- download Boldbeast Recorder from our web site http://www.boldbeast.com and install it.
- send a email to service@boldbeast.com to tell us the IMEI of your phone, we'll send your register code back to you.
