Dear Sir,

I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505. Since last firmware version 4.3.2 bolbeast works great (record mode 4), but now this morning i have installed 4.4.2 kit kat and boldbest don't works. Can you solve this problem please?. Best Regards

Please install the newest Boldbeast Recorder, click the "Ask New Parameters" item to send hardware log files to us, let us have a look at them.

I have the same problem, i come from germany and my english isn't so well. What can I do, newest Version of boldbeast is installed. Problem first time after update to Android 4.4.2 kit kat

Boldbeast Recorder works very well for Galaxy S4 Android 4.4.2, no need to root, sound of two sides is clear and loud.

All third-party apps can't save files into the external SD card from Android 4.4.2, so what you need to do is just set the "Clip Saving Folder" in Boldbeast Recorder to the internal SD card, then evreything will be OK.
