Ich möchte auf mein Boldbeast zugreifen, es gibt mir aber immer die Fehlermeldung password error aus. Passwort ist definitiv korrekt.
I won't open Boldbeast, but I always get the error message 'error password' but the password is absolutly correct.
If you forgot your password you should uninstall Boldbeast Recorder then reinstall it again. During uninstalling the built-in application manager will delete all your recorded clips if they were saved in the private folder. You should get all clips and save them to a new folder before uninstalling.
The way to get your clips:
(1) Get AMR clips
- Open the built-in file manager.
- Press find menu item
- Select E or C disk
- Select the Root Folder
- In the Find Text box input "AMR"
- Press Find button
- Now you can copy/move all your clips of AMR format to a public folder, for example E:\XYZ folder.
(2) Get WAV clips
- Repeat steps above to get your WAV clips.
(3) Get MP4 clips
- Repeat steps above to get your MP4 clips.
