In your site it says,

    Record phone call automatically or manually.
    Record all calls, or some of the calls according to rules.

Pls help us how to do that as we are a paid customer. Also we are unable to send the recordings through email as it says " could not able to send attachments"

Help us to fix this

- After installation, by default all calls will be recorded automatically.
- If you want to "only record calls whose telephone number is in a predefined list", please set Auto Record Calls setting item to "Include List", and update the Include List.
- If you want to "only record calls whose telephone number is not in a predefined list", please set Auto Record Calls setting item to "Exclude List", and update the Exclude List.
- During a call, you can open Boldbeast Recorder and click the record button on the top-left corner to start/stop record manually.

Please open the built-in email software, create a email, can it send a attachment?
