- In Boldbeast Recorder enable the "Recording Tune" item, let Boldbeast Recorder to try to fix recording issues without rooting your phone.
- If it doesn't work, please root your phone and let Boldbeast Recorder to add a new ALSA record mode to fix recording issues.
- If it still doesn't work please send hardware log files to us, we need to look into them and change some parameters for your phone.
