Hello,

how do I export recorded files please?

I have been trying to find a way for some time.

I have tried copying individual files to mass memory, but they do not appear.

Also, i have a lot of files to export, and these are records of a negotiation both parties want access to.

So, can you please tell me how to backup and get the files in bulk?

Also, is it possible to see the clips in NBU explorer, so that i can make sure of the backup? Basically, can you tell me if normal ovi full backup of the phone also backs up the clips?

(1) You can't see the clips in NBU explorer, media player, or any other softwares in your phone. This is for protecting your sensitive phone call conversation data.

(2) In the clips list screen use the Search function to conditionally get clips you want, Mark All, and Copy To / Move To a folder to share them. Then you can see the clips in NBU explorer, media player, or any other softwares in your phone, or transfer the clips to your computer from that folder.

(3) Ovi Suite can't backup recorded clips.

That makes sense. How i missed the Mark All, i do not know. .
