I have although send an email to your support but feel i should still lay the complain here, i bougt boldbeast advance from avangate for my Nokia E6 , My suprise was that it keep beeping every 15 seconds. I have thus remove it from the Nokia E6 and reinstall the software on my Nokia E63 one i previously use the trial version with before buying the full version but the registration key given was not working as it only record for 30 seconds. I have email my order ref number to your support email with my email ibukun1981@yahoo.com. Expecting a reply pls

1) Please install this patch http://www.boldbeast.com/other/RemoveBeeps_Belle.zip in your Nokia E6, it will remove recording beeps.
2) The register code is based on device (IMEI), it can't be transferred from one device to another one, please buy a new register code for your E63.
