The beep sound is so frequent and so annoying like every 20~30second once. I hope to adjust it to 1min once for this time while I waiting for solutions on how to install the Norton hack fp1 keep getting Online certificate check failed! so cannot proceed with the installation. :(


didn't know the patch is also a part of the hack. will it void my warranty?

Open the built-in "Settings - Installations - Installation settings", set the "Software installation" item to All, set the "Online certificate check" item to Off, then you can install the patch.

The patch is a pure software solution, when you reset your phone the patch will be removed completely and the phone will be restored to the initial state, as you have just bought the phone.

Will it void your warranty? we don't know, but the patch is the only solution currently.

including Symantec Symbian Hack?

The readme installations guide only state Norton file.

Norton Antivirus
Norton License Manager
Norton Quarantine Hack
Norton Integrator
