Hi,
I have been using Boldbeast on E72 and it has been working perfectly.

However I am facing few problems while using the same on E63. The phone calls gets recorded without any issues but the voice recording doesnt start when I use the hot button option. I have configured "#" button to be pressed thrice for starting voice recording.

The version I am using is Boldbeast Recorder 3.4.0.

Pls suggest.

If you select a key other than "#" as the hotkey, can it work?

Nope. None of the short cut keys work.

The version of software on my E63 is
510.21.010
28-3-2011
RM-437
Nokia E63-1 (308.07)

Pls suggest how to solve this problem.

"Press Application Menu key 3 times quickly" works for all phones, please try it.
