Dear friend,

I have E72 phone. I have tried bbs 3.20 on my E72, it works fine but sometimes it doesn't record anything.
Your website indicates that bb is compatible with E72 phone, but OVI Store says, bb is not compatible.
Please clarify the same urgently, as I want to purchase the same.

You said "it works fine but sometimes it doesn't record anything", this indicates you have downloaded the software from other web sites, they changed some files in the software and this made it unstable. Please only download the software from our web site, it works well.
