Have just reformatted my phone and reinstalled Boldbeast.
I have my registration code, but when I input it into Boldbeast, nothing happens and it still says 'not registered'
Any help would be much appreciated.
Please confirm:
(1) The IMEI of the phone with Boldbeast Recorder installed is exactly the IMEI for it you bought the register code.
(2) You have input the register code correctly, it's 35 chars long.
(3) You are using Boldbeast Recorder, not Boldbeast C2M.
If (1) (2) and (3) are right, it should work. Press the About menu item in Boldbeast Recorder and scroll down, it will display "Your phone has successfully been registered."

Yes the IMEI is the same.
The code I thought I had copied down before I reset the phone is NOT 35 characters long, which would seem to be the problem.
Yes I am using Boldbeast recorder.
How do I find my original registration code?
